What is the fee due for late payment?

If you do not pay by the due date, you will receive the following letters:

  • demand for payment letter: the fee is at least 10 euros
  • writ of execution: the fee is at least 56 euros
  • final notice writ: the fee is at least 22 euros

The debt collection measures table shows an overview of all fees. The RBG also charges interest.
