The Regional Tax Group (RBG) has decided to send more letters digitally via the Message Box on MijnOverheid. Since 2016, the RBG has been sending tax assessment notices digitally. Currently, 40% of our customers have opted to receive their mail digitally.
To better meet customer preferences and for sustainability reasons, the RBG has decided to expand digital correspondence via the Message Box on MijnOverheid. At present, nine frequently sent letters are delivered digitally. However, collection letters will continue to be sent by post for the time being.
