Municipal elections were held in March of this year. After that, new councils and aldermen were appointed, including in Delft, Schiedam and Vlaardingen.
What does this mean for RBG?
The Regionale Belasting Groep (regional tax group) is a joint scheme, making it an independent government authority with its own board. Board members of the water councils and aldermen of the municipalities together form the executive and general board.
