Yes. A hearing means you explain your objection by telephone or in person. Do you want a hearing? Please send us a letter or email to ask a hearing. If we grant the objection fully, you will not need a hearing.

The RBG has not yet received this WOZ value. You can:
pay the tax bill. And then wait until the Regional Tax Group receives the WOZ value from the municipal authorities. You will receive a refund for the excess amount paid.
send a copy of the municipal decision to the RBG. And request us to reduce the value. We are processing your request. The amount you dispute is not due immediately. You can wait until you received the notice. Pay the undisputed amount immediately. If you are overdue with payment, the RBG may charge you a debt collection interest.
Previous years
The RBG does not receive this value from the municipal authorities. Then you can submit an objection via My RBG. Upload a copy of the municipal decision. The amount you dispute is not due immediately. You can wait until you received the notice.

You can submit an objection via My RBG for businesses. Persons can submit a notice of objection (in your own name) via My RBG. Please attach the water bill from the utilities company as evidence.

To make sure everything is organised smoothly, the following three things should be completed:

The RBG sets the WOZ values for the municipal authorities of Delft, Schiedam and Vlaardingen. Only the person that the tax bill or the WOZ decision is addressed to, can file a notice of objection. Others may send an authorisation form of the relevant person.
