As a resident, owner of real estate or a business, you are subject to various taxes. For example, your municipal authorities levy the following taxes: Waste Tax, Sewerage Tax and Real Estate Tax. The Water Board charges a tax for: Purifying waste water, ‘dry feet’ and surface water quality.
You will receive an annual tax assessment from both these local authorities. Upon receipt of the municipal tax assessment, you may want to pay, ask a question or request payment in instalments. Arranging for direct debit, filing an objection or applying for a waiver.Upon receipt of the Water Board tax assessment, you may want to pay, ask a question or request payment in instalments. In other words: You must perform all actions twice. The same goes for the authorities. They have to process payments, answer questions, make instalment arrangements, deal with objections, review waiver forms and – if you don’t pay on time – send reminders or call in a bailiff. Is this practical? No.
This is why the Regional Tax Group organises the tax administration for both the Water Boards and municipal authorities in your region. We combine the various taxes as much as possible on one tax assessment form. This enables the municipal authorities and the Water Boards to work more efficiently and more customer-oriented while reducing the cost.
And the advantage for you: contacting us once is enough. This way, the RBG saves you valuable time and effort.
